Today is the first day of National Nutrition Month! So all this month, we’ll be letting you know ways that we stay healthy with good nutrition. With spring just around the corner, it’s important to keep up your good eating habits. You don’t want to start feeling bad just as it starts to warm up outside, do you? I know I don’t! That’s why I’ll be sure to eat my fruits and veggies, enjoy well-rounded meals, and avoid sugar-filled snacks. When I don’t eat as well I should, I start feeling sluggish and tired. How can I run around outside with my friends when I feel this way?! So pay attention this month, your body will thank you!
