Hi guys and girls,
I had a fun time trick-or-treating yesterday for Halloween, but I may have eaten too much candy. What am I saying? I definitely had too much candy to eat! Do you know how I feel today? GROSS! I got too caught up in the excitement of the night and was snacking on my candy every chance I had. Trust me when I say it was not a good idea. Today I feel sluggish, tired, and just plain bad. One thing that always keeps me feeling good is eating healthy. So today, if you’re looking for me in the cafeteria, you can find me by the salad bar!
